How to use the Veil: your daily session

Start with clean, dry skin

If you use Pre-Light Serum, apply a thin layer and wait 5–10 minutes. It isn’t required.

Fit the mask, then switch on

Adjust the strap so the Veil sits comfortably. Don’t switch it on before it’s fitted to your face.

Take ten minutes

Start a session from the controller and relax. We suggest 10 minutes a day, 5 to 7 days a week.

An unused Veil in its original packaging can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee. Used devices aren’t eligible for a change-of-mind refund; faults are covered by the 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For hygiene reasons the serum must be unopened to be returned.
