Overview

At Luxen Red Light Therapy, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order on luxenredlight.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (in Table)

We offer two shipping options:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $90 (within the United States).

Free shipping promotions may also be applied during sales or special events — terms will be specified at checkout.

• United Kingdom 
• European Union

• United Arab Emirates 
• Australia
• India
• And 20+ other countries

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can also track your order anytime using the Track Your Order page on our website.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [support@luxenredlight.com].


6. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
• These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing. Luxen has no control over customs clearance times.
• Please check with your local customs office before ordering to understand any potential charges.


7. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Carrier issues or service disruptions
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Customs processing (international orders)
• Peak shopping seasons (holidays, sales)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Luxen is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Luxen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office

  2. Wait 24–48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  4. If unresolved, email us at [support@luxenredlight.com] within 7 days of the delivery date

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.


10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

  2. Email us at [support@luxenredlight.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
